Shipping Policy
At Seed of Eve, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth, enjoyable, and worry-free. That includes getting your items to you without any added costs.
Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, shipping typically takes 7-9 business days for delivery.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on your location, local postal service schedules, and peak shipping periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure your package arrives safely, we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of your item to request a return. The item must then be received at our returns address (sent via email to you on request to return) within 14 days of requesting your return and return being approved for Australian customers and 30 days for international customers. Returned items will receive a store credit unless faulty then a refund will be granted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging ( handbags, accessories, and footwear also).

We accept returned items due to change of mind or sizing for store gift card (with a 3 year expiry) or exchange only. Refunds are not available unless the item is deemed faulty (approved once returned). Styles returned are subject to rejection if they do not satisfy the following requirements:
- The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached (if applicable) and in original packaging for footwear, handbags, and accessories.
- The item has absolutely no marks, scratches, or stains (including makeup and spray tan).
- The item does not have any seam distress, rips, or holes.
- The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor, or washing powder).
- A receipt and proof of purchase are available.
We will process your return request within 1-2 business days and provide you with further instructions. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for any damaged or faulty items, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your item is not approved in its original condition, shipping fees to return this item to you will be charged a flat rate fee based on your location. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
For international customers, our team will advise on the exchange dispatch postage depending on your shipping destination country. If you need an estimate prior, please reach out to our team at support@seedofeve.com.
Please note items marked final sale are not eligible for return for exchange or store credit, excluding items being returned due to fault.
For all items purchased at RRP or with our welcome discount for new customers, we can offer one free exchange dispatch. If you need any further exchanges after one exchange, we will require payment of the above weight ranges for the exchanged item to be dispatched. If a store credit is requested, the weight range payment will be deducted from your credit for your future order's shipping fee.
What is “Returns + Package Protection” Coverage?
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for store credit or exchange for FREE.
If you decide not to buy return coverage, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
Please note "Return + Package Protection" is unable to be canceled and refunded once an order has been placed in our system.

As we offer free international shipping on all orders and exchange dispatches, we kindly ask that any return postage costs due to change of mind or sizing are at the cost of the purchaser. Please reach out to us, or submit your return request online by logging into your customer profile at the top right-hand corner of our website with your order number and email address. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@seedofeve.com. Once your item has been received, we will issue you a store credit via gift card with an unlimited expiry. Please note we can only issue store credits in our local currency (AUD). Your store credit will be issued for the amount paid for your items on the return date's exchange rate as indicated by our Shopify system. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed.
On the rare instance of an inventory error in our system, the customer will be given the choice of a refund or replacement. If a replacement item is accepted and received, the same returns policy will still be applicable to this item. If there is a seven-day delay in the processing and handling time with the order, we will ask the customer if they still wish to proceed with their order. If they choose to accept and the item is dispatched, the same returns policy will still be applicable to this item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Please note that courier delays are completely out of our control. Courier delays due to peak season traffic, weather events, customs clearance, or remote location dispatch times are not an available reason for refund, and our standard returns policy will apply. We will be able to offer an exchange or store credit for any return requests due to shipping delays.
Refunds and Replacements
Please note once an order has been placed in our system, the same policy will apply to order cancellation requests, regardless of whether the item has been dispatched. We are able to issue a store credit only (with unlimited expiry) if your item is yet to be sent unless the order is unable to be fulfilled, such as an inventory issue, in which case a refund option is also available.
Our products are all handmade with love and attention to detail, and we work hard to ensure every piece from our collection arrives to you in perfect condition. However, faults can sometimes occur. If you have received a damaged or faulty item and have notified us within 14 days of your delivery date, once a fault is proven via images, videos, or in person at our head office, we will issue you a replacement or refund. Alternatively, if you prefer not to have the item reshipped, we can provide a refund or store credit via gift card of the same value.
